All the things I love. And don't love. Tuesday, September 7, 2010. 1 - Fried Rice. I will no longer make soggy fried rice. This recipe is great - so good we had it twice this week. I made it with chicken instead of tofu and bok choy is one of my new favorite vegetables. 2 - Chili, Lemon and Basil Shrimp with Israeli Couscous. Two words: Quick and Delicious.
