But our last visit to the Children's Museum in St. Paul was actually pretty fun. It was very quiet, which helped, and Millie was older so I wasn't nearly as terrified when she was out of sight. Millie's favorite part of our visit? In Peter Rabbit's house in the Story Book exhibit. Elliot gets a little help from Mom.

The Many Moods of Millie. It's her house, we just live here. Monday, July 18, 2011. Last week, my amazing, brave in-laws had five of the cousins over to their house for a few days, no parents allowed. Millie got to create wonderful memories with her family, like fishing, swimming, museums, and lots of quality Barbie time with cousin Kate. It was hard to send her off, but I am so glad we did. She is already talking about the next "Grandparents' Camp.". A little goofy the first night. Lunch on the deck.

Just before Christmas we adopted a tiny, 10 week old Shitzu and Dachshund mix rescue puppy. She was named Skyy (yes, after the vodka) but I chose Ivy instead.
