Or if I can complete the task, but I figure it's worth trying. So what if I lost40 more? Don't be too shocked, I don't think I'd be skin and bone. That would put me at 130 pounds. My name is Angoura but they call me ugly. Thursday, October 22, 2009. Ugly gets a bath. Tim Goodmartin is all about the clean. He wears a shirt for two hours and into the hamper it goes. He gave ugly a bath today. She's quite happy. She can really hold her breath a long time under water. She didn't even cry when he got soap in her eyes. Whether or not it was my genetic disposition, poor planning, or just laziness, I have body fat that is more than I need to live my life. If I was an bear then I'd want to over eat at times to get fat to hibernate. But I'm not a bear. I'm not even an eskimo. I've never even been to the arctic circle. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. A friend invited me to do the fat flush diet. It sounds good, but I was not interested. I knew I couldn't do it, when I was at the store shopping the night before. I thought, "Oh I have to eat a whole chocolate bar tonight." I called my friend and agreed to an adjusted diet. It sounds pretty good. No bread. Great. 2 fruits a day? No way. no sugar, no oatmeal? Hmmm 2 eggs, 8 oz fish or tofu. maybe something close. Chips (potato, tortilla, cheesy puffy). Sunday, July 3, 2011.
