The Nelson Wilson Family. Thursday, June 18, 2009. Vacation in Minnesota 2009. We just returned from vacation in Northern Minnesota at a resort called Campfire Bay Resort. We were with Mom and Joel, Joel's kids, Izaak and Tika (with their children Josephine and Henry) and with Jess and Shannon (and Andrew and Avery). We had a great time. The Nelson Wilson Family. Monday, November 24, 2008. Sunshine this morning in Mankato. Hallelujah! We also got to play cards and catch up with everyone.we even asked if they wanted to stay longer. It is always nice to have company! Plus, I enjoy cooking. We had pot roast, lasagna, cheesey potato soup, egg casserole, biscuits and gravy and several desserts. Yummmm.it was good!
