IT ALL STARTED IN ALASKA. Wednesday, August 29, 2012. First day for 1st Grade A track. Monday, August 27, 2012. First Grade brings lots of "firsts". About six months ago, Josh and I started thinking, praying, and researching schools. Maia is going into. But still no release to flee! So here we go, stepping out in faith. IT ALL STARTED IN ALASKA. Saturday, October 6, 2012. Maia has danced right into PreK with complete confidence. I asked her this morning what she loved about school. She said playing with my new friends. She was sooo excited to have us come to her open house. "Mom, this is the coolest. It is going to be so fun, you know it is going to be awesome! You get to come see my school! And we did :-) I LOVE her school! Maia telling us about circle time. Showing us how to rock the playground. A little bit of us.

I do pick them up at garage sales and Maia has a pair that fit her right now, but as you can see they would rather go barefoot. I convinced Jaelyn to walk down the block with us under my umbrella, but she had a frown on her face and kept saying "done". :-) We will have to give her some NW blood before we move back to WA! IT ALL STARTED IN ALASKA. Sunday, January 15, 2012. I really enjoy my "2009 Yunker Everyday Life" Book, so I am starting 10 on 10 again this year. Taking 10ish pictures to explain the 10th day of each month. Some days it is a typical day, sometimes it is not, but I have found it really is a nice snapshot of these precious years when the kids are little. So here we go. IT ALL STARTED IN ALASKA. Saturday, October 13, 2012. All grown up.almost. Josh is away at the men's retreat this weekend. The girls and I woke up and had a relaxing morning converting Jaelyn's room into a big girl room! We converted the crib to a toddler bed and she loves it! Took the changing table out, moved her dresser. Added the kitchen playset in the other corner.ahhh my babies are all grown up! It was a great day hanging out with my girls.
