Tuesday, April 5, 2011. We're playing soccer again this spring. The fun part is that this year, Delanie is old enough to play in the pre-school league, so we're on the same team-the Dolphins! And, Daddy is our coach. We've had a few practices and 1 game so far. Mommys says I touched the ball more in the first game of this season than I did all last season, so I'm on a roll! Sunday, September 19, 2010. Since mommy starting working at Southport High School 3 years ago, we have been huge fans of the "Cardinals". Mommy took us to a Cardinal football game a few weeks ago and we sat right in front of the cheerleaders and fell in love! We have been practicing cheers and begging mommy for cheerleading outfits ever since. Luckily, Auntie Sarah and Uncle Duke own a scholastics company and were able to order us official cheerleading outfits, just like the "real" cheerleaders wear!

We demonstrated our "circle time"-the songs we sing and our routine each morning at school and then each had a role in acting out the birth of Baby Jesus. I was an Innkeeper and Delanie was an angel. Sunday, December 14, 2008. Late on the night of Friday, December 12th, our twins came into this world! Jackson Christopher Nickoloff was born at 11:22 PM weighing 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 20 inches long. His sister, Ellison Anne Nickoloff, followed at 11:24 PM weighing 5 lbs. 3 inches and measuring 19.5 inches long. Jackson and Ellie are perfect in every way, they are beautiful! We promise to be in touch,. Chris, Sarah, Jackson, and Ellie Nickoloff :). Overall, everyone is doing great, babies, mom, and dad!

Friday, December 12, 2008. We are here and settled in. Sarah is doing great and it hopefully won't be long now. The Pitocin was started at 9:20. The contractions were getting intense for a moment and were coming right on top of each other so Sarah got an epidural around 1:00 and is feeling much better now. Sunday, November 8, 2009. Before the twins were born my mom gave us a wonderful moses basket that ended up being a life-saver during the newborn stage. Because Ellie and Jackson were so used to being close before they were born, one of the only ways we could get them to sleep was snuggled in this moses basket together. They loved it!
