Sunday, January 8, 2012. Every year on Christmas Eve Santa Claus comes to my mom's house and gives out early Christmas presents. He also asks each person there what they would like for Christmas. This year (because I have a 2 month old baby) I asked for a "silent night. ". Santa, Mrs. Claus, and Roy'l. Santa laughed and said, " I do not see that happening tonight, maybe by January 6th. On the morning of January 7th I woke up to hear Coralie stirring and to my surprise it was already 6am!

Thursday, December 29, 2011. Some how 5 years have flown by since Casey and I were married back in 2006. To celebrate this occasion we had a weekend getaway in Gold Beach, Oregon. We stayed at the "Inn of the Beachcomber" and it was fantastic! We had a fireplace, king size bed, a spa on our balcony, and an ocean front view. And yes this is sunny weather at the Oregon Coast.
