Thursday, May 7, 2009. How cool is it that Will said "yes" this morning? What's the big deal you ask? If you look a few posts down at the list of his words so far, you will not see the word "no" anywhere on that list. I think that's really cool. I have been working hard on telling him what he can. Do instead of what he can't. And I think this may be why he hasn't said "no" yet. I think that's really cool, too. I've noticed it, too- that he doesn't say no, in contrast to almost all children his age.

Wednesday, March 25, 2009. I haven't done a good job at blogging lately. It's been over a month since my last post. Yikes! I will try to do better. Last week. I liked it a lot better than New Moon. But not as much as Twilight. The tension between Bella and Edward was very strong and a bit annoying at times, but not so much that it caused me to stop reading. Wednesday, January 14, 2009. The mission of the March of Dimes is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. Unfortunately, I have been touched by all three of these. Last year, The March of Dimes changed the name of its biggest event to March for Babies. Monday, February 16, 2009. Will and I were cuddling in the recliner this morning and he was kissing me. I decided to blow him a kiss and see if he would blow me one. He grabbed my hand and kissed it! Friday, February 13, 2009. Will surprises me every day. One of his favorite books is an alphabet book called B is for Bear. He brings it to me to read at least 6 or 7 times a day. Wednesday, June 3, 2009. Book Review: The Friday Night Knitting Club. This was a really easy and quick read, making for the perfect book to read a sentence or two and then put down to go pluck Will off the kitchen table. I liked how the author, Kate Jacobs, used such details in the characters. By the time I finished reading the book, I felt like I had known each of the characters for as long as they had known each other. Now reading: The Last Lecture. And The Thirteenth Tale. He was very, very grumpy while they were coming in. I sent Kenneth a text message when I noticed that the first one had cut through. Me: We have a molar! Kenneth: Great. What do we need to do?
