Friday, June 29, 2012. Have you seen those fun pictures of the crazy people doing "extreme" 5K races? You know, the ones where they are crawling through mud. Or it looks like something from a war movie. And they have to jump through fire? Well, Dan signed up for one of those. And he signed Chelsea up for the kid version. The kabobs before they hit the grill. 3 tablespoons soy sauce. 3 tablespoons brown sugar. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves- cut into 2 inch pieces. 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained.
