Menu and Our Service. For hog roasts and hot/cold buffets, we provide a 3m. Swift shelter marquee, serving tables, dispensing equipment, serving staff, quality disposable plates and serviettes. We can organise the hire of linen, cutlery and crockery if desired, as well as waitress service at an hourly rate. Please note hog roast prices are based on 100 people, however we can serve up to 200. We welcome smaller bookings, however it may be appropriate to cook cuts of pork rather than a whole pig.
