Shaking Gates | thepoeticraver
https://thepoeticraver.wordpress.com/2016/08/24/shaking-gates
August 24, 2016. The books topple sideways knowledge rushes to the floor,. Sleeping minds, cracked skulls, leaking juices,. Rats of golden hues suckle in a fervor,. Shaking mad and violent with the shivers,. Towards the frozen gates of heaven,. In hordes they overrun the dawn. Posted in Poetry Posts. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Manipulated Thoughts | thepoeticraver
https://thepoeticraver.wordpress.com/2016/08/25/manipulated-thoughts
August 25, 2016. A tired thought manipulated beyond exaggeration,. Mistreated in bias and poor comprehension,. These eyes were sad collectors to begin,. If a lonely homeless man cried into the street,. Food for my dog he begs for money,. The dog sits nuzzled and chained,. One suffers and both lose their share,. They cannot be trusted,. A plea of guilt fails,. I am too much a man to fall so easy,. Such is evil fed,. But starving pups left dry,. The memory must be trusted,. Or we have nothing,.
Comfort Eating | thepoeticraver
https://thepoeticraver.wordpress.com/2016/08/12/comfort-eating
August 12, 2016. Never has the floor been such a comfort,. Lending firmness to these uncertain nights,. I can hear them knocking outside now,. Hey, you there? Open up, we brought food. They must think I’m sleeping away the shame,. Or can smell my tears as they wash my sweet floor. Dude we’re sorry, we brought food. Eventually they wander off together,. Upset that their appeasement went overlooked,. Scared and confused at what I would do,. Would I finish myself off tonight in the dark,. Leave a Reply Canc...
Obsession Knelt | thepoeticraver
https://thepoeticraver.wordpress.com/2016/08/13/obsession-knelt
August 13, 2016. Obsession knelt so far away,. Words of passion never sway,. A million roses at her feet,. She’d rather have a room that’s neat,. Place them each an inch apart,. She’s the only living art,. Burn them angry in the wind,. The blue one dropped, the others spin. Away, impossible it’s true,. The things obsession does for you. Posted in Poetry Posts. Recently out of university and working in Ottawa, Canada, I enjoy good food, good beer, and good squash games. But most of my time goes to anime, writing, reading, and video games. Of course, it would be nice to be a published writer on the side! Https:/ serialoutlet.wordpress.com/. The stone of evening tells me. Live for those few glances shared. A blue as hard and sweet as longing. Golden-crowned, he spares. A voice and space still empty. Humbled by the evening. His distance is my keeping. Of swells an...

Rain | Serial Outlet
https://serialoutlet.wordpress.com/2015/08/12/rain
Do not be deceived; this world is nothing more. Once, great beings walked here. Long before we were born. Now, green places must be counted dry. Shifting, and empty. For They were as water. Discussing affairs of the arab maghreb and beyond. How the Tunisian Electoral Authority Robbed Me of the Right to Vote. November 13, 2014. Chafik Sarsar, the head of the Tunisian electoral authority (ISIE). Alright. Since I would be visiting The Hague, Netherlands, during the presidential elections (21-23 November), I decided to change my voting location to that office. The Poetic Quotidian
A Poem Every Day, For Everyday People. Monday, June 11, 2007. Some treasures from my recent reading. Excerpt: one poem from a series]. Below the knee and rises higher than the raised hand. Wittgenstein, determined to find. The window's perfect proportion, decided on ten to one,. But like a coastline,. A window is infinite, its perimeter. Increasing forever without ever surpassing its frame. Has everything to do with sight as exceeding. For centuries. For centuries thought light. Had everything to do.

The poetic side
Wednesday, April 13, 2005. A star was born Sep 19, 2002. A star wonderful and shining. But it has faded and on March 30, 2005. It exploded in an array of lights and sparks. A new star has a chance to emerge,. A new chance, slate wiped clean,. A new star could appear,. A new star. A 2nd chance. Posted by Koibito at 4:39 PM. My love is stolen,. My heart is broken,. And no matter what I say,. The truth is I'm not okay. Posted by Koibito at 4:37 PM. Posted by Koibito at 4:32 PM. Love is Black and White.
