On: September 21, 2016. Thought vaguely about going for a run to celebrate the final day of my #22PushUpChallenge, but decided to do some ironing as my warm up instead (part of the continuing deck clearing exercise in anticipation of darling daughter arrival with #3GS tomorrow). Then on to spousal coffee, shake and the day ahead. Managed a walk at lunchtime just before it started raining. Finally have made modest donation to Combat Stress. To celebrate the end of my mini binge of bicep bulging bravado.
