Tuesday, December 29, 2009. 忘了这个小圆糕叫什么，只知道它的制作材料大概是糯米浆，椰子和糖。自那天逛市集，烹饪老师让我们试吃了这个小圆糕后，之后我的晚餐甜点都是它。在夜市里，5个小圆糕只需2000Kip。刚烤好的小圆糕，外酥内软，带着很浓郁的椰子香，在嘴里化成饱满的滋味。在寒冷的晚上，把它们吃到肚子里的时候，会让心情变得很好。学了怎么弄辽国人的沾酱，stuffed tofu, mok pa，湄公鱼沙拉和aw lam（蔬菜汤）。但最喜欢的还是热乎乎的aw lam。后记：一起上课的同学都是有伴的，只有我是一个人。看得出来有一位老先生不怎么会下厨，也没什么兴趣。但他却愿意陪伴妻子一起上烹饪课。。。我很羡慕～.
