Cooking is too much fun to just follow orders. Fresh ramsons – and plenty of them. April 14, 2011. Filed under: Fast and Easy. 8212; signelyng @ 8:11 pm. For a mellower taste, steam or stir fry the ramsons. Once cooked or wilted, the leaves lose their pungency and turn sweeter and more grassy. You can use them instead of or mixed with spinach leaves, and they are great in wok dishes etc. And then there’s this excellent pasta dish:. Pasta (such as penne). 1 tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, chopped. A Week of Soups.
