Christmas snuck up on us but was a wonderful time with family! So here's to 2010.maybe it won't go by too fast! Wednesday, October 7, 2009. Where did summer go? It has been a crazy summer flying by so fast. So many things, so many memories to make! We spent our 14th Wedding Anniversary in Henderson/NCMP with our new camper!

Tuesday, December 30, 2008. Our new rock band! On the bass, Ricky's. The lead singer and I am attempting to be the drummer! Busy laughing at/with us! The Holidays are crazy! I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. As we were running around this last week we had breakfast at a fast food chain and they had changed there hash browns. On a family vote we decided we don't like the new ones. Out of the mouth of babes Kayleigh. Declares they are now ' snotrounds. Trying not to choke on the 'new' hash browns.

Saturday, March 7, 2009. This afternoon Caroline came over to spend the night. Her and Kayleigh were in the room playing and I went in with my 'valley girl' voice jumping up and down. I said 'Oh my gosh! I am sooo excited a sleepover. We can like do our hair and nails! I was waving my hands all over acting like an over excited teenager and Caroline is laughing at me. Well. Wednesday, July 15, 2009. We just got back from Kitty Hawk, NC. I was working on a clients beach house and they graciously let us stay down there while I worked. Our friend Jennifer and her son Brad came with us and she would take the kids to the beach while I worked. Leigh drove down each night after work and was able to squeeze in some fun! Monday, April 8, 2013. Our floor guys started work on the first floor last week! We're so excited to see the progress.We've decided on Ebony dark stain for two reason - we both love dark floors and the darker stain will hide more of the 125 years of imperfections. So now that the floors are underway, we're getting to the point where we need to make some decisions for the staircase. There are several directions we're leaning towards as far as paint/stain color.
