The Rolling Pen began as a seemingly good idea during a bad economy. In the spring of 2010, we decided that we would try our luck on the other side of the table at our local farmers’ market and become vendors. For us, simplicity, whole ingredients and organic integrity belong in both. Never do we use “fake” food or chemical additives that our own Grandmother wouldn’t recognize. This way we believe that the story of a meal works better for everyone.
