Moving forward one step at a time. Archive for October, 2011. Bakersfield Triathlon ’11. Race morning approached and the bags were already packed from the previous night. Packing ahead of time reduces the stress race morning. We have known people who have forgot key components of their race gear (pedals) because they were rushed. I keep breakfast very simple. I would rather go into a race still hungry then have that feeling of being over full. And moved up to 5. Place in my age group. Its Go Time –.
