The Running Principal: Going Goofy, 2009

http://www.therunningprincipal.blogspot.com/2009/01/going-goofy-2009.html

Thoughts from a school administrator running in Tennessee. Monday, January 19, 2009. Going Goofy, 2009. Among the many lessons learned this weekend was that a 5:45 am flight out of Tri-Cities leaves VERY early in the morning! After an enjoyable dinner with an old college friend now living in the Orlando area, it was back to the Wilderness Lodge to go through the night before pre-race ritual. pinning on the race bib, making sure it's straight, putting on the timing chip, and laying out the race day at...

The Running Principal: What was I thinking?

http://www.therunningprincipal.blogspot.com/2009/02/what-was-i-thinking.html

Thoughts from a school administrator running in Tennessee. Saturday, February 28, 2009. What was I thinking? Feb 28, 2009. A True Family Story: February 2009

http://atruefamilystory.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html

A True Family Story. Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Dancing the Night Away. or. Daddy's Little Girl is Growing Up! There's no better way to describe Friday evening than as a vivid snapshot of extreme happiness. Emma and I attended our first Girl Scout Daddy/Daughter Formal, held at Rascals Teen Center. Though I was admittedly skeptical (let's just say I'm not a huge fan of the teen center concept. they'll grow up fast enough), it was big fun to see Emma so happy. Monday, February 23, 2009.

A True Family Story. Saturday, March 7, 2009. The First Annual True Family Egg Drop. Based on Emma's idea, March 6th was the date of the first annual True Family Egg Drop. The objective was to find a way to drop an egg out of Ryan's 2nd story bedroom window without having it break. Joining us for the evening was Emma's best friend Jaden. As the only entrant in the Pre-school division, Ryan was the first person to drop. His idea was to cushion his egg with multiple layers of Kleenex. And the Journey Begins.

Hip and Core Strength. A Physical Therapist's Thoughts, Experience And Advice On Running. April 29, 2014 by The Running PT (physical therapist). Monday, April 21st was a great day for redemption in Boston! While there was a moderately increased awareness of law enforcement and security, which was graciously accepted, it quickly faded into the background of the overwhelming support from the entire world. The stage was set first by perfect weather – mid 50’s and barely a cloud in the sky. Long runs. My...
