You can do it! January 8, 2014. 10×10 challenge Day 1. 1) Get out of bed in under 15 minutes- FAIL. I took about an hour at least. Granted, I had nothing to do, but still :(. 2) Get fresh air outside- Check. Even though its 8 degrees outside I went out and breathed in the wonderful fresh air. 3) Workout, minimum of 60 total pushups and 40 in a set, 15 pullups total and minimum of 10 per set- almost. I did half of this, but I will do twice this later. No excuses :). 9) Meditate with piano music -Check.
