I don't seem to have any consistency. Here's a few pictures from around December/January some time. Gotta love the kiddos! Big fan of the chalk board wall! The only problem is she gets a little upset if you erase any of her pictures. He's most likely telling me that he drew a digger. We've got the moves!

Tuesday, April 19, 2011. First off: warning, this post is heavy on the pictures! I'm working on getting the rest up on facebook. This past Saturday was a HUGE day for our family! Dad decided to retire early from farming, and on Saturday we had the auction sale to sell off all the equipment, bins, trucks, etc. Uncle Murray came early to help dad get ready. In other words cleaning and doing oil changes. I hear he's not the best at cleaning windows! On the other side. Kinda cool to keep it in the family!

Wednesday, September 8, 2010. The month of August seemed to fly by, and now we're already into September! Here are a few pictures from the beginning of August. I'm going to try to get caught up with just a few random pictures here and there. This is an old tow truck parked on the edge of our valley. I love the view! Here is Cupcake, exploring the wildflowers. Most likely pointing at a bird or some sort of wildlife! I can't remember what it was. And here is Cupcakes little brother! The Prairies, Canada.

I think because so much of my furniture is brightly colored, that I am drawn to the black and white decor to calm it down a little. Here are a few of my photographs I'm thinking of framing. Sunday, August 7, 2011. I realize it's been a while since I posted anything on here, but I'm procrastinating at the moment and came up with the energy to do anything but what I should be doing. Isn't that the way it always is? Lately I've been in the crafty mood. This is a birthday gift I made for my lovely sister. Her birthday hasn't happened yet but I gave it to her early because we're going camping. Which is what I'm supposed to be getting ready for. And then I stitched them down with embroidery knots.

Wednesday, February 16, 2011. I just can't resist posting a few pictures of my sweeties. They're growing up so fast! The baby in the picture isn't one of my sweeties, but he's a cousin on the other side of the family) And now I can say I have two more on the way! Is expecting, and I found out recently that my sister-in-law is preggo too! Actually, Preggo is what I call her when she's pregnant. So that will be her nickname for now. I'm so excited! In the life of the Soare Family. Sunday, February 21, 2010. Our Week O has been a bit random it seems. We caught up on our letter writing from the past two weeks. O for this week. N for the week before. And M which kept wanting to look like an N. We caught up on tracing and cutting too which also assisted us with our numbers as we had to follow 1 first and then 2 up to 3. A bit random I say as we got a head start on week P with some painting. He looks just like one we had growing up that we called Rascal.

In the life of the Soare Family. Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Spring time at the Zoo. We were able to make it to the Zoo for $4 Tuesday yesterday. Not wanting to ride in the school bus. This time we didn't get there until 1:00 and got to park in the zoo parking lot. We were thankful for lovely spring sunshine! Since most of the animals we saw were from Asia or Africa I'm sure they were grateful to finally have sunshine too! One of the polar bears was splashing in their pool. Playing with a big rubber toy.

In the life of the Soare Family. Sunday, November 29, 2009. We seem to be progressing well, though we're only 3 weeks into it. We go over this Alphabet place mat before proceeding with our letter for the week and he can already pick out others that he knows now. He seems to enjoy it and was asking me today what our letter was going to be this week. :). So for week C we had a snack of Chocolate Covered raisins, Cranberries, and Alphabet Cookies*. (*Trader Joe's, the best). And Car races from the Car truck.
