Heather Leopard

Friday, August 14, 2015. I sure do love my patterns and I especially love repeating them over, and over and over again. So when I received a box from American Crafts. Full of their latest collections, I was in Heaven, so to speak! My first assignment was to work with the Documentary collection. I'm loving the new color palette but I especially like all the geometric elements of it. I decided to embrace them and created this sweet layout. Next, hand stitch around the pattern circles. Heather Leopard: But first, Coffee

http://thespottedleopard.blogspot.com/2015/07/but-first-coffee.html

Friday, July 17, 2015. But first, Coffee. How do you feel about die cuts? It was Die Cuts week on the American Crafts. Blog so I was quite excited because d ie-cuts are one of my favorite embellishments. I love that you can layer them with other elements and/or use them as standalone accents to help tell the story like I did here. The coffee cups were just calling my name and were the perfect touch for this coffee loving couple. Not a coffee drinker but this page is lovely! July 18, 2015 at 8:07 AM.

Heather Leopard: April 2015

http://thespottedleopard.blogspot.com/2015_04_01_archive.html

Wednesday, April 29, 2015. 2 Yummy Ice Cream Truck. My girls freak out each time they hear the ice cream truck music blaring through the neighborhood. They stop everything they are doing to collect their money for a delicious treat. And I remember doing the same thing when I was their age! Download the ice cream SVG cutting file I created. Cut it out of white cardstock. Once everything is in place, add some water color around the outside of the cone to make it pop on the page. Sowhat do you think? 370108...

Wednesday, September 7, 2011. Love the floppy sun hats, so cute! Posted by The SpottedJinx. I've been hibernating all Winter but now I am back and brighter than ever. This Season has beautiful bright and bold colours. My favourite! I've been busy making crochet blankets and I should have a few cushions ready soon. We have been selling our home and I had to pack up my sewing room but I have now set all the machines up around the kitchen. There is no dinner but lots of new clothes! Posted by The SpottedJinx.
