They’re called insomnia cookies and they deliver warm cookies until like 3am (and are located just off campus in the heart of the College district.) GENIUS! Thursday, August 16, 2012. Goodbye Kristen Cabin Weekend. We had a little family weekend at the cabin this weekend to say goodbye to Auntie Kristen. She's starting grad school soon in Texas and will be gone for 3 years (coming back for visits of course). We had fun playing all day Saturday, were blessed with a gorgeous day. Wednesday, February 12, 2014. I thought I would bake a batch of muffins before the worst of this storm hits Georgia! I love this recipe for corn muffins - this time I added blackberries. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 cup fine-ground, whole-grain yellow cornmeal. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 8 Tb (one stick) unsalted butter, melted. 1 cup of berries. 1 Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray (paper liners do not work well with this recipe. We love you Seamus.
