It was a beautiful day and seems like a long time ago that the sun was out and we were enjoying it! Madison was a surly teenager, Otto a football player and Harper a fairy. Sunday, November 7, 2010. Jerrod and Will went hunting this weekend and were very successful. Jerrod brought home a buck last night, and Will shot his first buck this morning. It was pretty exciting for this 6 year old and his Dad. He shot him in the neck, but got a nice gash above his eye from the scope. Pretty cool scar, I guess! Way to go big boy! Friday, January 7, 2011. And a Happy New Year! Jerrod and I brought in the New Year by celebrating at a wedding. It was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun! Gammy was sweet enough to drive in and keep the kids, so we actually had a real date. We love to dance together, and danced most of the night. I'm so lucky to have such a talented dancing partner, and after 10 years of dancing together, we get a few compliments! Happy Birthday, Jerrod! And a very happy 2011 to you and yours!
