How do I get a perfectly straight/flush cut on pvc pipe? November 1st, 2013. I’m cutting 1 in pvc in pieces that I later need to match up end to end. I need a perfectly flush cut and a circular saw almost works but breaks it sometimes. A jig saw cuts it fine but not flush because the blade is prone to bend. Anyone have any ideas? I’m thinking band saw but they are expensive and I’d hate to spend that kind of money just to test out to see. A dremel is not the answer I’ve already tried. November 1st, 2013.
