See location. 8:AM (race day registration and bib pick up 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM). 20 Pre-Race (mailed on/or before 12-09-2012). 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and over. Trophies to the top three over all, male and female. Medals 3 deep in each age group, male and female. Timing and results by Prime Time.

Running slow and steady and still beating your ass. I ran the 30k at a molasses-like pace of 6:35/km on average. The grand total time was 3:19:20, which must seem terribly long for faster runners but it made me feel pretty good! My initial time goal when I started training for the marathon was a cushy and vague sub-5 hour time. However, after seeing that I can maintain around 6:30/km in training, I’m hoping I can push it for a sub-4:30 time. We shall see! I asked for dressing on the side! There are a lot...
