A little bit of exercise done correctly is more beneficial than to over do exercise and not do it again for 2 months. I found that cycling helped me to do aerobic exercise to burn fat and strengthen my heart. Cycling also helped me not to put too much strain on my hips and knees, the bike carried my weight. Get Healthy by Losing the Fat. Friday, December 31, 2010. End of a Good Year. Today is the last day of 2010 and it also marks 4 months of weight loss doing Atkins. I started at 262 lbs. and I am currently 220 lbs. I was able to lose on average 10 lbs. @ month. Not bad! My new goal is to get to 200 lbs.
