Saturday, January 19, 2013. Shark boy, Turtle and I munched on this this afternoon. Yummy and nutritious! 2 -145 oz cans cannellini beans. 1 bunch cilantro, finely chopped. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped. Salt, pepper, and southwest seasoning to taste. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency. Great on crackers, chips, pita chips, and vegetables. Next time I'm going to try adding roasted red peppers or jalapeno peppers :). Recipe courtesy of my neighbor! 2 cans white beans.
