Wine tasting notes / Weinbewertungen. Cabernoir 2011 – Weingut Eberbach-Schäfer (Württemberg). Bouquet zeigt sich ausgewogen, mit Fruchtaromen, sanft geröstet und leichtem floralem Touch. Vordergründig kommen klare Kirsch- und Himbeeraromen, gepaart mit sehr frischem Eichenholz. Danach tummelt sich ein wenig Cassis im Bouquet und ganz hinten raus kommen nochmal rote Johannisbeeren mit Veilchen und Rosen durch. Allgemeiner Eindruck: 5,5/7. Bewertung: 15,5 / 20 91 / 100. Preis: 17 4/5 sehr gut. Ein wunders...

Am Gaumen von niedriger bis mittlerer Dichte, wenig frucht, sehr betont von einer frischen Säure und wenig Tannin. Nicht besonders gut ausgeglichen.
