Making stuff you'd actually eat for over 15 years. Thursday, May 8, 2008. I cooked this the other evening, and decided since I hadn't updated this in forever, it would make a nice addition to the sharing list. Four medium potatoes (about 1 pound). 1 1/2 cup of ham, cubed (I've also used sausage for this with good results - tofu might work). 1 cup of green peas. 1/2 medium cooking onion, chopped. 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese. 3-4 tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

Gourmet paleo recipes and things you really don't want to know about your food. November 8, 2010. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. Dust the meat with the coriander, salt and pepper. Marinate the loin for no more then 2 hours or it will turn to rubber. Heat avocado oil in a cast iron pan on medium high/high and sear the loin for no more than 2 minutes on a side. Let the loin sit for 10-15 minutes so it will continue to cook without drying out the meat. Slice and serve. November 4, 2010.
