Wednesday, February 27, 2013. I have just been tickled with the addition of Pinterest in my life. Appropriately I found this on Pinterest. The kids loved them and it was really fun. We have so many fun activities planned and each day we wear a different color to represent the focus of our day. I wrote more about the things we do during the week here. Friday, June 15, 2012. Bobbi's Easy Rhubarb Pie. 2- Pie Crusts (top/bottom). 1 1/3 cups Sugar. 8 Tbsp. Flour. 189; tsp Cinnamon (optional). 4-6 Cups Chopped Rhubarb (½ in. cubes in work well.) (depends on the size of your pie plate). 1 Tbsp Butter (optional). Preheat oven to 450 F. Top the Pie with the Second Crust.
