COPING is lucky to have Tosh open up his life and life's experiences, as a child of a father on California's Death Row, for all of us to read and learn about this amazing child's life. Has his father let him down? Only time will tell. Let's hope for the best. 1) The crime was committed in 1994. One of his crimes was a brutal murder. As far as the family knows there are more crimes. The legal process seemed to take two years when Tosh's father was sentenced in 1997.
