Monday, November 4, 2013. A time to be Thankful. I took all the Halloween decorations down yesterday, and put up a few Thanksgiving things. I have been doing a little bit of "crafting" we made these cute wooden stands with some great sayings on them. Blessed beyond measure. yes I am! So grateful for the many blessings in my life- Is it perfect? No- but there are so many GREAT things in my life everyday! This one is probably my FAVORITE! Everything looks better with a Grateful heart! Oh how I love fall.

Thursday, October 31, 2013. We had our Family Halloween party- it was a lot of fun! This year I kept it pretty simple-. Halloween is all about the candy- at least that's what the little boys think. But we did have more than candy. these are pineapple and Mandarin oranges with whipping cream on top.and a few cockroaches on the side-. There were spider egg sacks. (white cheddar cheese balls). Of course caramel apples too. Mini cupcakes- perfect size for the little monsters to eat-. That is so well done!

Wednesday, March 12, 2014. First of all let me say- I know these look disgusting- when I have bananas that are really ripe and are going to go bad- I put them in the freezer, peel and all. They turn this horrible black color- but they are so good to bake with. So to make these cookies you will need 2 very ripe bananas. Take them out of the oven and enjoy a really healthy cookie- no sugar- no flour- no salt- just bananas, rolled oats and of course a little bit of chocolate! I love this recipe!
