Jealousy is running wild through my veins! I just received some photos from family back east. The snow storm in NJ - a whopping 25 inches! I bring you, the Buttercup Scarflet. She received her name from my original version knit in the buttery, golden goodness that is Malabrigo worsted, color - Cadmium. Magnificent color makes for great inspiration. Needless to say, the Mal is very high on my list of faves. So after much neglect, I've finally revisited my ravishing red. Ahhh, a fresh, new year. Gone are the days of half finished projects and procrastinating. Bahaha! Who am I kidding! It's just a matter of finishing what you start before getting side tracked by another creation. That's a creative mind trying desperately to capture each idea that surfaces. Granted, not all are keepers.but you don't know til' you try, so why the hell not. Yep, I learned that the hard way. It runs a little big for my small skull, but the hair makes up for any sizing issue. Ha!

I officially despise blogger. I just lost an enormous draft thanks to t h. E lovely auto save feature. I'll try this again. Is the original non-reversible. This was before I discovered yarns that weren't acrylic. ;). Nonny and Lil Me. Reversible #1) which is sadly currently MIA, and Cupid. To Helen and Joe, my late Grandma and Grandpa.
