It always seems that when you finally find a solution, it is a forehead slapping simple one! My husband likes it grilled, the youngest hates it. My in-laws like it sauted, my husband does not. I described my acquisition of R2D2, my beloved bread machine. When we moved to our new home in Georgia, R2 came with us and I happily baked several great loaves as well as wonderful pizza crusts (on the manual cycle). Don’t fret…the story does have a happy ending! Bread Machine Pizza Dough. 1-1/4 cups lukewarm water. 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil. 3 cups bread flour.

Pour in 1 part Marsala 2 parts chicken broth, 3 parts OJ. Simmer til reduced to half.
