But it is worth the time and the calories, if you have them to spare. 1 1/2 tbsp dry yeast. 1/4 cup warm water. 1 tbsp sugar (optional). 1 3/4 cups hot water. 1 1/2 tsp salt. 1/2 cup margarine or butter (I used butter). 1/4 cup scalded milk. 1/3 cup potato flakes. 4-7 cups flour (Don't go by the measurement with this, go by the consistency of the dough, more or less as needed!
