It looks like my 1200 calorie intake, 500 calorie outtake plan is working for me! So I'm going to stick with it and not take the risk of fasting and then binging right away afterwards. Wanting to Wear Anything. Tuesday, June 28, 2011. Quick Update: Back to Under 1000 Calories and Thinspo. So disappointed. I thought 1200 calories a day was working for me! I was happy because I was losing weight and was doing something healthy for my body. Today, I weighed in at 126, BMI 19.16. I lost 2 pounds over the past week, 6 pounds total over 4 weeks. This may not seem like a lot of weight loss to some of you, but 1) I don't have a lot to lose and 2) I know that I've lost this weight in a HEALTHY way, which makes me feel so good! Stay strong, and take care! Weekly calorie total: 6751.
