Waves that Come and Go: 9 months in Italy. May 8, 2015. I suppose it’s the same concept as writing lists once on paper, you can move forward with a plan and your energies are more constructively spent. We moved to Italy 9 months ago. We’ve experience almost all of the four seasons in beautiful Vicenza (including a snowfall! And have visited castles and medieval hilltop towns, Florence, Tuscany, Verona and Venice. We’ve eaten more pizza, pasta, and brioches. Than ever. We have fallen in love with fresh.

Monday, October 13, 2014. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. We are embracing fall over here. After a flashback to summer temperatures a couple weeks ago, the cooler weather seems like it's here to stay! What better way to welcome fall, than to bake a delicious fall treat? Recently, I made a batch of these pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. I'm a big fan. I think they are especially cute when they're baked in a square muffin tin. Feels a little fancy. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins. 7 ounces pumpkin puree.
