In any case, the next step is to undergo a D and C. The pathology results will take 7 to 10 days to come back. If it is not molar, we are done. Figuring all this out as I go along. January 14, 2013. I am by no means a morning person. Any effort to make or put food in my mouth before 10:00 AM is far too much effort. My plan is to make easy, healthy breakfast foods that can be consumed with little effort and prepared ahead of time so that I have no reason to not eat in the morning. First up, is refrigerator oatmeal. There are a million recipes for this online, and here is mine. 1 TBS Chia Seeds. 1/2 cup milk of your choice. 1 TBS chopped nuts.
