I think I went on 19th or 20th March, but on 22nd I sliced my thumb properly with a carpet knife so that ruled out gym work pretty good. I could’ve gone on Thursday or Friday but today I did. I have to pick up the pace to get in shape before summer 2016. Yep. Good morning 3×5 40 kg. Front squat 3×5 40 kg. Power clean 4×3 45 kg. Kettlebell swing 3×15 16 kg. Long time no gym.
