Friday, October 31, 2008. Sam had a pretty low-key 7th birthday this year. Max came over for cake and ice cream but the big present was a parakeet! We have been researching pets for a month and finally decided on a bird. Sam named him Arnie (don't ask me where he got that! He is very sweet and quite tame. He loves to just sit on Sam's shoulder and we've only had him for a week! Did you know parakeets can live up to 14 years! Please do not tell me he's 7! November 3, 2008 at 8:16 AM. Thursday, October 29, 2009. A few more pics. Yes, another update already. This is Michelle (Alicia's sister) and I had a few pics on my camera to add as well. We did a little furniture moving and cleaning and here's the final product. Cora's therapy swing is the newest addition to the Stier household and according to Sam is "the best thing we've ever installed in this house.". Alicia's home-away-from-home the past few weeks:. Friday, October 17, 2008. Our trip to Moab was awesome! We stayed in the most amazing place called Moab Springs Ranch. The boys had a blast swimming, catching tadpoles, rafting, and hiking to see the arches. Thanks to Tony's Tours (aka: dad) for putting together an amazing family vacation/reunion! By the way, the tiny white dot sitting at the base of the arch is Sam. :) What a trooper! Good for Sam in hiking all that way! He's growing up so fast - slow down Sammy! For once, the weather was great. Cora was a cat and you can't really tell by the pics but she has a tail too. Monday, August 10, 2015. The amount of seaweed is a bit alarming, i will admit. but it's only us adults that seem to notice or care. (and yes, the water is freezing.). The girls have become quite taken with tennis since our trip a couple weeks ago. i was able to find some hand me down rackets for them to play with, but their dolls were not so lucky. apparently they mentioned to greg that they wanted to buy some for their dolls, and he immediately helped them put these together instead. I have no idea why...
