The Ringenberg Family: September 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Saturday, September 28, 2013. My sweet baby girl is now eight months. She's becoming more aware and active all of the time. I have a friend whose son is 6 weeks older than Elizabeth, and he is super advanced as far as motor development. I'm so thankful that's not my baby girl. It allows me to be in denial that she's growing up for just a little bit longer! Feedings). She wakes up in the middle of the night to eat, but since she's doing so lousy at eating during the day, I am okay with it. Plus, I...And i...

The Ringenberg Family: November 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 26, 2013. Little Miss Peanut is now 10 months. 10 months? Where did the time go? She is a busy little thing. This month she really showed us how smart she is by waving bye-bye and signing her version of "all done." It looks like "bye-bye" because it's a one-handed deal, but I know she knows what she's saying. Because she's smart and all. I, however, find it hilarious when she puts one on my forehead and starts laughing, thinking she is so funny. It is the cutest thing!

The Ringenberg Family: March 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 28, 2013. My baby girl is two months now. I like these first three months because I can still say the number of weeks old she is, and it seems like she's still so little. It makes me sad that in a few weeks I'll just be saying how many months old she is. Looking and smiling at the toys on her bouncy seat. Elizabeth is really becoming so much more alert! I am fine with her being another thumb or finger sucker, but I just feel so sorry for her when she gets so frustrated! She has a bit of r...

The Ringenberg Family: October 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Saturday, October 26, 2013. 3/4 of a year (aka 9 months). This was at the end of the month- love that I can see her three teeth so well in this picture! Elizabeth is now 9 months. She's still such a sweet, easy-going girl! I keep waiting for her to become difficult, but at this point, she's just so "go with the flow." Thank goodness because it would be quite challenging for our family to have a demanding 4th child! My big girl standing at the music table. Happy 9 months to my happy baby girl! One of our ...

The Ringenberg Family: April 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 30, 2013. A silly face with a little hand holding. Elizabeth is three months! Where has the time gone? Sigh, sniff, sniff*. Let me take a moment to collect myself. Okay, now that I've had that pity party, let me say how much fun it's become even in the last few days with Elizabeth. She is just becoming her own little person. She smiles so much more now and can laugh. I love the big smiles I get from her! It's amazing how a baby's smile can just make you feel happy! Mom of four is tough!

The Ringenberg Family: May 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 28, 2013. Miss Elizabeth is now four months! She has become so much more fun this month! Here are some of the highlights:. Rolling in both directions (back to tummy, tummy to back). Sucking her left thumb (hallelujah! You can bet I was excited about that one! While snuggling with her puppy blanket. Noticing and smiling at herself in the mirror. Grabbing at toys and doing a better job getting them in her mouth. My newest little thumb-sucker! Elizabeth has become a happy, content baby girl who...

The Ringenberg Family: August 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 26, 2013. Elizabeth is on the move! I suppose I should add that she is doing the military crawl, but I consider that "moving." None of my kids crawled on their hands and knees until they'd military crawled for awhile.and even with military crawling they can get into things! Elizabeth is also doing better with sitting independently, but I don't leave her by herself. I will usually sit behind her or put the Boppy pillow around her back. Next to me- she loves helping, sometimes too much!

Everyone who knows you and meets you feels the same way we do. You are happy, eager to please, and always have a quick smile. You are definitely a little girl. I love that all of the dinosaurs have their own bowls! You are also now a BIG SISTER! I love you, sweet Caroline! Saturday, February 16, 2013. Last night R...

The Ringenberg Family: December 2013
http://theringenbergfamily.blogspot.com/2013_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 7, 2013. I am NOT an athlete by any stretch of the imagination. Except for the obligatory stint in gymnastics and dance as a preschooler, the swim lessons at the Y, and the ill-fated attempt at freshman track and field (do not ask me to throw a discus for you! I did not do sports as a kid. I was more of your music-type kid. First up: Grant. He was a VERY physical, aggressive soccer player. I didn't go every week, but what I did see and hear was that he was very good at using h...As fa...
