Wednesday, November 19, 2014. And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28. Love, Mama Rachel. Posted by Mama Rachel. Links to this post. Sunday, November 16, 2014. Holding on to Hope. I think most bloggers would agree with me that it is not easy to blog when we are going through tough times. That's how I feel, anyway. I stand all amazed at the love Jesus offers me. Enough to die for me. Enough to die for me.

Thoughts from the Hearth: August 2014

http://thoughtsfromthehearth.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html

Monday, August 18, 2014. A Week in Idaho. Carry On" was the theme of Grandma's life. She DID, and so will we! It's been amazing to think that this week, our whole family has been sleeping under Idaho skies. :-) Kinda cool to think about! I think Granna was really glad to have us here. She was stressing a lot about all the things she had to do, and so we tried to help her. It felt good to be here for her! Thursday was Daddy's and my 22nd wedding anniversary! And yet, a lot of things are still the same&#46...

http://thoughtsfromthehearth.blogspot.com/p/our-homeschool.html

Big Sister reading to some of her younger siblings. Our reasons for homeschooling:. 1 Heavenly Father told us through the Holy Ghost, that homeschool is His educational plan for OUR family. We do our best to follow the Spirit, and educate our children in the way the Lord has inspired us to. His opinion of how we do things is the only one that matters! The home is the cradle of virtue, the place where character is formed and habits are established.". LDS President Gordon B. Hinkley. Our homeschool journey...

Thoughts from the Hearth: Behold, My Little Ones

http://thoughtsfromthehearth.blogspot.com/2015/05/behold-my-little-ones.html

Monday, May 11, 2015. Behold, My Little Ones. I have always LOVED the following story. And feel the same about my own children- ALL thirteen of them! The story is told that in ancient Rome a group of women were, with vanity, showing their jewels one to another. Among them was Cornelia, the mother of two boys. One of the women said to her, 'And where are your jewels? I have had a goal for a very long time to get a photo taken with EACH ONE. THIS IS MY LIFE. This is who I am. And while I may not be...But, ...

Happy Days!: August 2015

http://happydays-bills.blogspot.com/2015_08_01_archive.html

Sunday, August 30, 2015. My Grandma Shirley died this week. We attended her funeral. She died at age 91 years old. She had Alzheimers towards the end. I loved playing Skip-bo with her, seeing her Precious Moments she collected, and seeing the puzzles they worked on. I felt so loved by her and loved her cheery personality and demeanor. My Grandpa is 97 years old and still alive. He is now a widower for the 3rd time. My Grandpa Max is a great example to me. I have a great heritage I look up too. The side s...

Wednesday, October 30, 2013. Sunday afternoon had the nicest weather- I love a nice Fall day, a little cool, the sun is out and it the sky is clear. It was probably one of the last really nice fall days if 2013, so we took advantage of it by meeting up with some friends to walk the Temple grounds and the park across the street. And I and the girls were able to snap a few pictures. which is pretty hard sometimes ;). Ethan's baby goes just about everywhere he does. The Evie is looking so grown up! So I can...

Another Williams' Family Blog: A must have!

http://anotherwilliamsfamily.blogspot.com/2010/06/must-have.html

Another Williams' Family Blog. Wednesday, June 9, 2010. What a wild weekend! The craziness began on Friday night while I was scrapbooking with a friend at my house.the kids were playing and watching movies in the next room and I hear this screaming. Isaac has a Lego stuck up his nose and it's bleeding! They have the perfect suspension-grasping action which was exactly what I needed to grab hold of the Lego and pull it right out. EVERY mother should have a pair of these things in their home!

http://anotherwilliamsfamily.blogspot.com/2010/05/strawberry-bandit.html

Another Williams' Family Blog. Monday, May 17, 2010. It must be strawberry season, because the strawberry bandit has been to our house. He eats part of the strawberry and leaves a little trail . this time, I caught him before he finished ALL of them. Saved one for me. Good thing it was the biggest. I heard Isaac in the next room saying "these strawberries are SO good! At least he has good taste? How can a mom be mad after seeing THAT FACE? May 18, 2010 at 10:12 AM. May 18, 2010 at 10:36 AM.

Thoughts From The Head

Monday, 4 January 2010. Ground Zero, A Tourist Attraction? A friend sent me a clip of a video link for "God on Trial". The clip is a dramatised dialogue between between Jewish prisoners during WWII at Auschwitz. This is what the brief description on YouTube says about the clip. Is the clip of the video, I am not embedding it because it doesn't really have anything to do with this entry, except to explain my train of thought. It is still worth the watch. I remember being touched by this entry. Briefly, it...
