What Others Are Saying. What’s in a Name. Whether you like a particular banner you see here or you have your own design idea, we can create a custom banner just for you. Once we hear from you, our new client, we establish a dialogue with you so that you can share your particular situation and ideas for a banner. April | 2012 | Threads of Crimson

https://threadsofcrimson.wordpress.com/2012/04

What Others Are Saying. What’s in a Name. This is an Easter banner for Maranatha Bible Church–our first banner for Easter. We wanted a banner that expressed the central truths of Easter in a simple and beautiful way. We also wanted to avoid any of the symbols that have become a bit cliché over the years, like lilies and sunbeams. We added the symbols to represent the central roles of Christ in and through the whole of those few days of his passion. Going to the cross he is the lamb of God. April 13, 2012.

Tracing Threads of Crimson. Thoughts and observations from Scripture. The Good News About Jesus. May 29, 2012. As I watched these clouds being swept across the sky by the spring wind, Isaiah’s quoting of Yahweh came to mind. These clouds, so insubstantial against the wind, were blown away. To nothingness. In the same manner God sweeps away our sins–insubstantial against the work of Jesus. 8211;to burden us no more. We are redeemed. Comments are off but you can trackback. From your own site.

Tracing Threads of Crimson. Thoughts and observations from Scripture. The Good News About Jesus. He Takes Away My Reproach. April 27, 2014. Consider Hannah–she wanted, but could not have, a child. Her husband, Elkanah, a priest, loved her nonetheless. But her barrenness. Still caused her pain and she was the recipient of ridicule from Elkanah’s other wife. And why do you not eat? And why is your heart sad? Am I not more to you than ten sons? 8221; – 1Samuel 1:3-8. Consider this: Our reproach before other...

Communion & Worthiness | Tracing Threads of Crimson

https://srbanks.wordpress.com/2014/05/11/communion-worthiness

Tracing Threads of Crimson. Thoughts and observations from Scripture. The Good News About Jesus. May 11, 2014. One of the best things about the practice of communion is that it reminds me that I am unworthy before God and, even more, there is nothing I can do about it. But, best of all, I don’t have to– Jesus already has. Now that’s worth remembering. Comments are off but you can trackback. From your own site. Join 16 other followers.
