But lately I have been envious. Downright jealous I will admit. Friends and family that are pregnant and having babies have me fighting off the green eyed monster like nobody's business. I have no time for you, my babies are tall and gangly . but they are still my babies and they are all mine.

Recently this has happened to me and I have been doing a lot of thinking and self examination. I have been going through all the "what ifs" in my head over and over. Tuesday, February 14, 2012. I learned to laugh and squeal,. Then to sit and stand. And now I can walk if you hold my hand. But the fun has only just begun. Look out world, I just turned ONE! Wednesday, January 18, 2012. I realize I said I would update after my last post and I never did. But no worries, we're all still here. I can't say for sure why I haven't been blogging - but I think it's a mix of being busy, not having much to say and my sincere effort to live more in the moment. We did survive that week of rain, but it was miserable. We made up for it by spending the last 10 days of June in Hawaii. It was a wonderful trip, complete with 4 generations!
