This is a variation on another recipe I once knew about, where they added Red wine or Port into it, and my recipe doesn't call for a whole cup of sugar either! 1 packet of Port Wine Flavoured jelly crystals. 1 Cup of thickened cream. 1 Can of Cherries (or you can use fresh/frozen, doesn't really matter). 1 sweet pie flan or make your own.
