Monday, February 16, 2009. Jim and I got hooked on this show b/c of Jaime and Emmalie. (They secretly desire to compete on it someday.) Last night's show was hysterical! We haven't laughed that hard at television in a long time. The creative ways (tongue in cheek) that each team manuevered their block of cheese down the hill was entertaining to say the least. Oh my! Monday, September 29, 2008. This is my man! So I packed bags prepared to check into the hospital. NAIVE! Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to get on his schedule but "he just so happened" to have a cancellation for that Friday morning! God's power has been evident. The staples are out, biopsies and lymph nodes were clear but the mass, a little larger than a grapefruit, was indeed clear cell kidney cancer, which appeared to be confined to within the inner wall of the kidney! Yes, Jesus LOVES me!

Tuesday, May 19, 2009. Jacob had his preschool graduation ceremony last night and even though we are waiting to send him to Kindergarten, it was still a little emotional! His class marched in and took their place on the stage and it didn't take him very long to find us in the audience! Jacob pretty much waved the entire time and took a few breaks to sing or check out the motions of the classmate next to him :) Poor kid kept zoning out and yawning - it was. 7:30 on a school night!
