My 12WBT Challenge - and beyond. Tuesday, November 26, 2013. So on Sunday I ran my longest ever distance! The weather was pretty awful, drizzly and grey. After I left the carpark at southbank I was freezing! In terms of preparation - I had pasta for the 2 nights before the race, I ensured I had had hayfever tablets the day and night before and of the morning. For breakfast I had a slice of fresh bread with strawberry jam, and a banana smoothie with a scoop of protein. Here are some Nike Running stats.
