Jim's Biking Blog: Pisgah Initiation
http://jimsbikingblog.blogspot.com/2009/03/pisgah-initiation.html
Jims anything cycling blog. Monday, March 30, 2009. Oooh Baby, oh baby :) This weekend headed out for my first Pisgah adventure with Joe and Dennis to meet up with Jonathan and Rob for some initiation into Pisgah riding. Gotta say this was another eye opener moment into the glimpse of what some real mountain riding is like. Before this Tsali was my high point and these trails made that feel like Fats is in comparison to Harbison. I am glad you enjoyed it! April 1, 2009 at 9:21 AM. View my complete profile.

Jim's Biking Blog: June 2008
http://jimsbikingblog.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Jims anything cycling blog. Sunday, June 29, 2008. After Tonya came home I was able to swap the tire and head out for an afternoon ride around 2:30. It was a welcome sight to see our trails are finally showing some sings of moisture but they must of also gotten some winds out there as there was one tree down on Lost Creek and 2 on spider woman. Im trying to decide between the Conti Mountain King, Speed King, or the Jones XR matching front. Avg: 10.0 (slooow ride). Friday, June 20, 2008. Avg HR : 155.

http://jimsbikingblog.blogspot.com/2008_08_01_archive.html
Jims anything cycling blog. Sunday, August 31, 2008. Sunday Stroll with new Pedals. The overall pace today was just a steady roll where we only averaged 10 mph. Weird, as slow of a pace as it was my heart rate was thru the roof today and even the easier climbs I was pushing 184 which is about 14 bpm higher than what I have been running so I wasnt complaining any on the slower pace. Just a good base miles ride, right. Total Miles: 23.47. Sunday, August 24, 2008. Avg Speed: 11.9 (new personal high). My fir...
