http://pinch-flat.blogspot.com/2008_06_01_archive.html
Tom's Cycling and Other Stuff. Sunday, June 29, 2008. Leah and I went to Charleston this weekend on a mommy/daddy getaway, thanks to some really kind friends of ours offering to watch the kids. Leah said she wanted to do some mountain biking with me so we took the bikes. Got my first ride at Marrington. We ended up with 12 miles which is awesome for Leah since the last time she rode was probably two years ago. We rewarded ourselves with dinner at High Cotton on bay street last night. I think I forgot to log some bike training, and I also took over a week off from training due to a stomache issue. I have not swam in over a month? I feel good about the run, and must get in some more time in the pool. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Elgin, SC, United States. Getting in shape to live longer. View my complete profile.
