Welcome to the monkey house. This entry was posted on November 15, 2012. Bookmark the permalink. As for my new career, I want to be a teacher. Why? Because, despite everything, I love children. Although I couldn’t eat a whole one. I applied for teacher training very late in the day in the last round of applications, and couldn’t get onto the course of my dreams, because all the places were full, and although they loved me too and put me at the top of the waiting list, no-one dropped out. Waaah! You are c...

I noticed very quickly that it was making big (positive! I’ve got more energy for everyday stuff. It was dark when ...

I enjoyed my run in the end, and I got home just as the sun was coming up. An idea dawned at the same time. So I cancelled the gym and I’m not going after this week. I’m going to concentrate on running. And I’m not going to do anything that I absolutely don’t have to that seems like a chore. Let’s see how that one goes, eh? Keep Calm...

Welcome to the monkey house. Age Before Beauty (2). This entry was posted on November 28, 2012. Bookmark the permalink. Roots freshly done, I had my interview for teacher training today. I looked around and noted that every other candidate was young enough to be my child. Some were even still doing their first degrees! I have friends with children older than that! I was extremely pleased that I visited the hairdresser recently. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here. Follow Blog via Email.
